Movement for Life

A Practice of Tending to
Body, Psyche & Earth

Mindful movement. Jungian and Archetypal wisdom.
Dreamwork. Earth-centered care.

Body

Find breath, rhythm, flow and fun. Give the body its due, and honor it as the vessel of life. Movement is a bridge into the body’s wisdom. Pilates and yoga are a doorway. These practices are rehabilitative and regenerative. Develop proprioception: a sixth-sense of the body from the inside-out. Integrate the whole body, address spinal health, strengthen and stabilize the core, and hydrate the fascial matrix.

Psyche

Psyche means soul. Psyche is mysterious, often beckoning us into deeper relationship through unwelcome messengers: nightmares, riddles, challenges, and addictions. Soul speaks through images: dreams, symbols, myths, and metaphors. Accepting the invitation to tend one’s soul is a gift to the world. C. G. Jung described the individual as “the flower and the fruit, the ever fertile seeds of the tree of humanity.”

Earth

There are many ways to take care of our planet, even the smallest gestures yield powerful transformations. According to the wisdom of the Buddha, the first expression of love is presence. Paying attention is a doorway.
