We have several new offerings: Two weekly classes—mindful movement, combining Yoga, Pilates & Somatic practices, and a Yoga Nidra meditation. A monthly membership provides access to both weekly classes, additional specialized courses, resources, and tools.

Mindful Movement

Single class pass: $14
Four class pass: $40

Experience the joy of movement in our one-hour Mindful Movement class, combining Yoga, Pilates & somatic practices to foster a deeper connection with the body. This class is appropriate for all levels, focusing on cultivating a mind-body connection, functional movement, and healthy aging. Ideal for those looking for pain-free living, proper alignment, flexibility, balance, and stability.

Wednesday at 7 p.m. PST via Zoom.

Yoga Nidra Meditation

Single class pass: $14
Four class pass: $40

Come relish in the ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation with our one-hour Yoga Nidra class. An ancient sleep-based meditation practice, promoting profound rest, reducing stress, and enhancing mental clarity. Sessions will include selected readings, including poetry, fairy tales, and myth. You'll leave each session feeling refreshed, inspired, and ready to face the week ahead.

Membership provides access to both weekly classes, an engaged community, and exclusive practice opportunities, including Yoga & Pilates snacks, bonus live classes, and Yoga Nidra recordings.
